How to solve the Rubiks cube.

Beginner Fridrich/F2L. Version 1.0 ,By Joshua.

EDIT : I recomend just using my video tutorial(here)

The first step to solving a Rubiks cube is the Notation.

If you need to turn the Right side this is called R,
If you need to turn the Left side this is called L,
If you need to turn the Upper side this is called U,
If you need to turn the Down side this is called D,
If you need to turn the Back side this is called B.

when ever the letter is by its self like this: R
look at that side and turn it Clockwise.
if it look like this R' or like this -R(pronounced R prime or minus R)
You look at that side and turn it Counter-Clockwise,
also if the number is followd by a the number two like this: R2, turn it twice.

Before doing R on a Rubiks cube
Before doing R
after doing R on a cube
after doing R
So  R,U,-R,U,R,U2,-R,U2 means:
Right, Upper, Minus Right ,Upper ,Right ,Upper Twice, Minus Right, Upper Twice.

If you do this move while holding the cube like the"before doing R" picture
your cube should look like this:
Rubiks cube
After doing R,U,-R,U,R,U2,-R,U2

note: the solution is not quite done but
