On day I was holding a Rubiks cube in my hand trying to think of another mathematical constant
and I started trying to figure out the distance between opposite corners relative to the distance of two corners next to each other.

I got a measuring tape and held it up to the cube
I tryed √2 x √2.
Eventually I figured out that it was √3
but I also found out that somebody else already though of it.
